Originally established in Rockford, IL in 1975, The Ashdale
Group, Inc. (then Brokers Mortgage Corporation) offered financial
intermediation assistance. As the name changed and the breadth of the Company's
offerings grew, Ashdale became known as a facilitator for resource procurement
nationwide. In 1996-1997 Ashdale's Illinois presence was replaced with a new
presence in Florida. Led by the same executive Directors George R. Boraiko and
Barbara B. Schweppe, The Ashdale Group, Inc.'s Florida operations strive to
offer even more. Beyond the conventional consulting, intermediation and process
improvement services, we seek to identify and develop your Company's unique Equity
Growth Strategy.
What is equity? How can a Company use capital stock to augment
or replace conventional bank financing? What does "full disclosure"
mean, and how should a Company keep investors properly informed? Communicating
success is easy; how do we communicate turbulence without implying weakness?
Equity Growth Pyramid = Turbulence; Strategically Optimized
